Our Events
MOVE hosts a variety of events designed to help our members network with professionals, develop skills, and learn about opportunities within the intersection of business and social good. We host initiative nights, professional speaker events, workshops, and of course, lots of community service opportunities.

Community Service
We provide hands-on community service opportunities empowering student volunteers to serve the local community while developing leadership abilities and a commitment to civic responsibility.
We want to foster understanding and empathy within members for all those in our Los Angeles community. Through our community service events, our goal is not to play the teacher but to learn from the people and organizations with which we work.
We also put on the Marshall Community Service Day (MCSD) for our Trojan family to take on the fun!
Workshops
We facilitate workshops that allow members to discover and develop important skills relevant to their future careers.

Initiative Nights
Our organization empowers student leaders, provides educational outreach to underserved youth, raises mental health awareness on campus, and more - enabling members to create positive social impact.

Professional Events
Attend our panel events to hear from and network with professionals actively working to make an impact in their field and communities.

Socials
We hold socials and mixers to give members an opportunity to get to know other club members and e-board members outside of their designated initiative teams. From movie nights, to game nights, to the incredible food, members are able to connect with others on a deeper level to form the close-knit family that MOVE is known for.
